Cover Characteristic – Mountains

.

This is a new meme hosted by Sugar & Snark. It came about when Sugar was wondering which cover to use for her #70 Cover of the Week post. Sugar kept on thinking of more than one, and they all seemed to have a theme/characteristic. So she decided to switch things up a bit!

Each week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5 favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in Linky (so we can visit). You don’t even need to participate, just stopping by and saying hi would be great! Don’t forget to stop by the other participants!

Today’s cover characteristic: Mountains

  • Greg Hill

I like The Long Utopia and The scorch Trials the best, although the HP one is nice too. I like the clouds and the rising sun and the buildings in the background. A nice cover.

  • Leona Woolfolk

Mountains sure do have a way of taking over a book cover and making it majestic.

  • Michelle

I never think to look at all the editions of HP, I end up sticking to the UK version >_<
Nice selection today, I also picked Scent of Magic 🙂

  • I haven’t read Terry Pratchett in years! Need to read one again. Nice picks!
